Consultation Fee Policy (as at 12th May 2005)

Consultation fees are payable on the day of consultation and claimable in part from Medicare.

At the time of making your appointment your consultation fees will be explained by the staff.

For some conditions, Dr Feely may perform a small procedure e.g. a telescopic examination of the nose or a micro-inspection of the ear.

The referral from your General practitioner is valid for 12 months for the referred condition, and 3 months for an inter-specialist referral.

You must bring your current referral on the day of your consultation to attract a Medicare rebate.

You may claim at the office through the new EASYCLAIM facility, or take your receipt to Medicare for your refund.
